Are you going out of town and concerned about your daughter chatting with her boyfriend? This tool is the ultimate in protection in a scenario like this.
There is a difference between “Monitor Keywords” and “Block Keywords.” The “Blocked Keyword” feature actually “Closes Down” the application that your child is in upon a “Keyword Match” and will “Lock Them Out” for a period of time from 1 minute to 30 days. We call this a “Time Out Period.”
You determine how many “Keyword Matches” can occur before their “Time Out.”
IE: You may not want to have a “Time Out” if your child or their Buddy type “Smoke” in Instant Messenger one time. However, you would like to close down the IM session if they or their Buddy type: “I'm going to buy come “Cocaine” and then go “Smoke” it in the “Crack House” down the street a total of “3 Keyword Matches.”
To change the "Settings" for "Block Keywords", go to MyKidisSafe Software and click on "My Account Settings." Go to the 3rd page and adjust the settings under "Block Keywords."
Simply choose the number of “Keyword Matches” and the “Time Out” period according to your belief systems. It is important to remember that your children may speak very differently to their peers than when around you (IE: F**k & S**T are common).

NOTE: “Blocking Keywords Monitors” all “Incoming Text.” Once our software detects a “Blocked Keyword (s),” the application will shut down for the “Time Out” period you determine.
