| As a caring parent, I want know how long my children spend on the computer. I want to know who they are communicating with and what they are communicating about. I want to know what Websites they are surfing to and the content of those Websites, especially MySpace. I need to have the ability to be a good a parent. MyKidisSafe software has given me the ability to be that good parent. It provides me with all the necessary tools to give me the feedback that ensures my children are using the computer in a responsible way. |

| I found out the hard way that my 14 year old daughter was deeply involved in a relationship with a 21 year old man. When she told me about being pregnant it broke my heart. In trying to understand how it happened, she told me they had met in a chat room. I have 2 other daughters, 12 & 13. If I would have had MyKidisSafe sooner, I would have known right way that my daughter was involved in an inappropriate relationship. It's a great feeling knowing that my other 2 daughters won't be victimized in a chat room without me being aware of it. |

| As a single working mom with 3 teenagers, I don't have the time to monitor all the computer activity my children are involved in. How long are they playing computer games? Who are they emailing and chatting with? Are they obeying all the rules I have in place for computer usage? And MySpace, the other day I came in while my daughter was on her friends MySpace site. It had provocative pictures and vulgar descriptions like a XXX book. When I asked her about it my daughter said it was no big deal and that every one was doing it. It was a big deal to me! Now that I have MyKidisSafe software on my computer, I'm notified immediately if any of my children are viewing inappropriate material. I feel as if I have been given an extra parent that lives inside my computer. Thank you, MyKidisSafe! |

I am just a dad who wants the best for my kids. My two teenagers and I have drifted further and further apart from my tough computer rules. I wouldn't allow them to even use the computer without a parent overseeing every action. The not knowing was just too scary and the potential for real problems too great. However, my over protectiveness had created an atmosphere of mistrust and frustration.

I used to be a parent that hoped for the best and told my children what I expected from them in terms of computer use. Don't go to sites that are showing nude pictures, be careful in chat rooms and talk to the right people, limit your usage to 1 hr per day. But in reality I had no way of knowing whether they were obeying my rules and I wondered. Sometimes I would walk in unexpectedly and they would quickly close the screen. I know I could do a daily history search on Websites and go through other measures to verify some things, but I wasn't sure how and the real question was, when did I have the time? Now that I have MyKidisSafe software installed on my computer, I not only know what's happening, I use the information given from the report as a way to reward for “Good Computer Behavior.”
