| Chris Hansen’s Dateline,“To Catch A Predator”, has truly shown how real “The Threats of the Internet.” are. Can you imagine “your” child chatting with this 29-year old unemployed computer technician using the name "can_I_rape_you” in a sexually charged conversation after the girl told him she was 13. In graphic detail, he lists the sex acts he wants to perform with the girl. When she types back that it sounds like some of them could be painful, the man responds, "ya, but it’s a good pain ya know.” |

32% Said they’ve had a “scary” experience online.
14% have actually met face-to-face with a person they had known only through the Internet. |
